Which leadership trait appear to be more important?

There is no such, one quality or trait which could be identified as the most important. It’s the way how people deal with, particular situation which makes one a “leader” and almost all the traits are overlapped in each individual. If asked to rank, I will go for confidence. Unless we are confident and brave enough to expressourselves, through our passion, creativity, decisiveness, an efficient leader will never take birth. To take up an initiative, walk through all difficulties and setbacks and to pass each hurdles in theway, one should be tremendously confident.

2A definite leadership trait which I identify is wisdom. When one is aware of his/her sole existence, it brings clarity, compassion and simplicity in their veryattitude. Andthatcertainly is what we expect a real leader to be. Wisdom make them more visionary, and thus can foresee through the time.

3What all traits should be considered while selecting our society’sleader?
a.     Wisdom: A deep understanding in his/her area of activity.
b.     Confidence: To be decisive in nature and a visionaryinitiator.
c.      Passion: The unending thirst to toil through hardship is completely based on the person’spassion. It’s one among the keyelement. It produces positive and energy,it drivesvision, raises influence and it provides potential.
d.     Optimism:  An optimistic person is excited about his/her future. They are not fearful of the uncertainties that life brings, but then looks forward in anticipation, knowing that life will only get better and better. Optimism is one of the many attitudes you should adopt, especially as a leader.
e.      Management/coordination: To prioritize and handle situations according to the need and requirements.
f.       Assertiveness: The way which a leader present himself before his co-fellows is an important factor. It’s the skill, where, one can be steadfast, self-assuredand confident without being aggressive.
g.     Communication skill: effective communication skill is a must trait toconvey the information to others. It doesn’t strictly mean the language or vocabulary power. Communication skill is beyond the ability to speak a certain language fluentl. But communication skill demand the effectiveness in how a leader can persuade his co-fellows and successfully make himself trustworthy.
